Al Eisaian

Executive Chairman and Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Integrien, Al was Senior Vice President and General Manager at LowerMyBills where he led the business strategy and growth of the company from startup to profitability in 16 months (LowerMyBills was subsequently purchased by Experian for $380 million). Before joining LowerMyBills, Al was an associate partner at USWeb/CKS, and director of business development at LaunchPad. At USWeb/CKS, Al coordinated strategic partnerships and was Engagement Lead for Toshiba, Ingram Micro, and iGeneration among others. At Launchpad, Al was part of the start-up team for eWallet, which was later sold to Infogate. Al was also a business unit manager with full profit and loss responsibility for a $58 million division for NMB Technologies, where he grew sales from $15 million to $58 million in three years. Al earned an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a BSEE from Oklahoma State University.

Dale Quayle

Chief Executive Officer

Dale Quayle has over 25 years of diverse experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations and Finance. Prior to Integrien, Dale was Senior Vice President at Jonathan Engineered Solutions, a leading provider of custom engineered movement and access solutions. During his tenure at JES, Dale was responsible for the go-to-market plan, grew revenue 25%, and closed the largest single deal in company history. JES was recently sold in July 2007 for $120M. Previous to JES, Dale served as a Vice President at Hewlett-Packard in the areas of global enterprise sales and software company acquisitions. Prior to HP, Dale held executive leadership positions at Trinagy Corporation (acquired by HP) and Artios Corporation. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Illinois State University.

Mazda Marvasti, Ph.D., CISSP

Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Mazda Marvasti is the CTO at Integrien where he leads the research in new analytical methods for automating datacenter operations. Mazda has extensive experience in leading R&D teams and developing unique mathematical solutions to complex problems. He was previously the CTO at LowerMyBills.com, Executive Director of technology at USWeb/CKS, and held various positions at The Aerospace Corporation, Ford, General Motors, and EDS. Mazda has been recognized by the Southern California Software Council as the "Developer of the Year", and received the Lockheed Leadership Fellowship Award. Mazda holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters degree from the University of Michigan.

Jim Armstrong

Managing Director, Clearstone Venture Partners

A successful and experienced early stage venture investor across a variety of enterprise and consumer facing technology companies, Jim has established himself as a leading investor based in Southern California. Since joining Clearstone early in its formation, Jim has applied his experience and industry contacts to help Clearstone companies deliver a strong record of venture performance. Jim's work at Clearstone is focused on information technology investments, with particular interest in consumer internet, application software and internet enabled business processes. Jim has been recognized as one of the top 50 Venture Capitalists in the United States by Forbes Magazine.

Jim joined Clearstone Venture Partners in 1998 from Austin Ventures, a leading venture fund, where he spent three years supporting investments in a variety of early stage companies. Jim also worked with idealab, the incubator, in the late 90’s, helping to guide and fund a variety of early Internet companies.


Jim led Clearstone’s current investments in Internet companies SupplyFrame, Internet Brands (NASDAQ: INET), Vast, Six Degrees Games, and LeisureLink, as well as in Enterprise Software companies Integrien and Composite. Jim actively represented Clearstone's early stage investments in former portfolio companies Comet Systems (acquired by Miva), PayPal (acquired by eBay as a public company), United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD), Jump Networks (acquired by Microsoft) and TriVida (acquired by BeFree).

Jim holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and also holds an MBA from the McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin.

Ameet Patel

CTO, Acartha Group LLC

Mr. Patel is the Chief Technology Officer of Acartha Group. He is also a Manager in the general partner of ATP. Prior to joining Acartha Group, Mr. Patel spent seven years at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as Managing Executive of LabMorgan. Prior to this role, he was CTO of LabMorgan where he provided business & technology direction on their $500MM+ e-finance venture capital portfolio (Archipelago, MarketAxess, Dealertrack, IntraLinks, Tradeweb, Creditex, RiskMetrics, FxAll, Financial Engines, Kinexus, Yodlee, Tantau, and Home Advisor). Prior to his senior role at JPMorgan, Mr. Patel had a distinguished eight year career at BASF. Among the many accolades Mr. Patel has achieved are as ComputerWorld's "Top 100 IT Leaders" in 2004, InfoWorld's "Top 25 CTOs" in 2001, CIO Magazine's CIO-100 award for innovative business practices in 2001 and Crain's "Top 40 under 40" young executives in 2000. Mr. Patel currently serves as Director on the boards of several Acartha portfolio companies.

Lee Roberts

President and Chief Executive Officer, BlueWater Management Consulting

Roberts brings a wealth of knowledge in the technology arena to Integrien’s Board of Directors. Currently he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of BlueWater Management Consulting. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts served as General Manager and Vice President of Content Management at IBM, where he was responsible for the content management, business process management and discovery portfolio on a global basis. Roberts was Chairman and CEO of FileNET Corporation prior to its acquisition by IBM in 2006. While leading FileNet, he spearheaded  a number of initiatives aimed at leveraging the company's extensive customer base, marketing presence and vast research and development resources. Among his innovations was the globalization of FileNET’s sales, marketing and support organizations to expand the company’s presence in more than 92 countries. Prior to FileNET, Mr. Roberts spent 20 years at IBM in a variety of sales, marketing, product management and general management roles.
