Dale Quayle

President and Chief Executive Officer

A 20+ year high tech veteran, Dale Quayle has extensive experience in building and scaling successful IT infrastructure management software companies. Dale comes to Integrien after completing the sale of Jonathan Engineered Solutions, a leading provider of custom engineered movement and access solutions for rack mounted server products. The deal, valued at over $120M, resulted in a 7X return to JES investors. Prior to JES, Dale served as Vice President of World Wide Sales for global enterprise software at Hewlett-Packard. Also during his tenure at HP, Dale served on the acquisition team, extending the HP Software portfolio with the addition of Novadigm, Talking Blocks, Concera, and SelectAccess. Prior to HP, Dale was the Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Trinagy Corporation (acquired by HP), a leading network performance management solution provider. Dale holds a BS in Business from Illinois State University.

Mazda Marvasti, Ph.D., CISSP

Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Mazda Marvasti is the CTO at Integrien where he leads the research in new analytical methods for automating datacenter operations. Mazda has extensive experience in leading R&D teams and developing unique mathematical solutions to complex problems. He was previously the CTO at LowerMyBills.com, Executive Director of technology at USWeb/CKS, and held various positions at The Aerospace Corporation, Ford, General Motors, and EDS. Mazda has been recognized by the Southern California Software Council as the "Developer of the Year", and received the Lockheed Leadership Fellowship Award. Mazda holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters degree from the University of Michigan.

Mark Smialowicz

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Smialowicz is responsible for all financial, legal and operational functions, and is a key contributor to the development and execution of the company's strategy. Prior to Integrien, Mark was CFO and COO of data-driven sourcing advisor RampRate, and was instrumental in the rapid adoption of that company's proprietary ratings index by major corporations looking to outsource critical IT functions. Prior to RampRate, Mark was responsible for the managed services unit of McLeodUSA, a facilities-based telecommunications provider, and was instrumental in the successful sale of that division along with several other strategic M&A deals. Prior to McLeodUSA, Mark served as CFO and COO of managed services provider Devise Associates, which he subsequently merged with VPN pioneer Intelispan. McLeodUSA ultimately acquired the merged entity. During Mark's tenure, he was pivotal in securing capital, driving revenue growth and developing the company's strategy. Mark received a BS in Finance from Loyola Maryland, an MBA, with a concentration in Finance from Loyola's Sellinger School of Business, and a Masters in Finance from New York University. Mark is also an active angel investor and advisor to several early stage companies.

Phil Rugani

Executive Vice President Sales and Field Operations

Phil Rugani joins Integrien with more than twenty five years of senior sales and operational management experience in the high technology sector. Prior to joining Integrien, Phil was CEO of Jupiter Management Consulting Group, an organization that specializes in assisting early stage companies with their sales, marketing and channel strategies. Prior to Jupiter, he ran worldwide field operations at AXS-One, a leading provider of archiving and records compliance management software, where he played a key role in the growth of the company, leading to a successful acquisition.  Phil was Vice President of IBM's Americas Enterprise Content Management Division after their acquisition of FileNet, a content and process management solution provider. At FileNet he served as Senior Vice President, Americas, and Worldwide Channel Operations. In that capacity, he not only expanded the company's enterprise sales operation but also helped manage the transition to IBM. Phil has also held senior sales leadership positions at some of the most recognizable enterprise software providers in the world, including Oracle, Informix and Alta Vista.

Adrian Tudor

Vice President, Engineering

Adrian Tudor has over 18 years of experience leading the development of commercial software products with emphasis on usability, performance and high availability. Prior to Integrien, Adrian was Director of Development at Quest Software, where he led the development and release of more than 20 Enterprise IT management products, with over 100 engineers distributed in 10 locations across four continents, generating more than $50 million in revenue. Before Quest, Adrian was Director of Development at BIOS vendor Phoenix Technologies, Ltd. Adrian holds a BS from the University of Phoenix and completed the Executive Management program at the University of Southern California.

Steve Henning

Vice President, Marketing

Steve Henning has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Product Management of enterprise software products. Prior to joining Integrien, Steve served as the manager of Integrated Identity Management solutions at IBM, where he was responsible for directing all product management for IBM Tivoli's Security portfolio. Previously, he served as senior director of product management at Access360, where he evolved the company's user provisioning product to help it become the recognized market leader, leading to Access360's acquisition by IBM. In addition, Steve has held executive level positions at netHESIVE, Inc., Sserdda, Inc., Blue Lobster Software, and Continuus Software Corporation. Steve holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Jessy Schoss

Vice President, Product Management

Jessy Schoss has over 20 years of experience in IT management, enterprise software, telecommunications and embedded systems. Prior to joining Integrien, Jessy was the Director of Engineering at EMC|smarts where he led a team to deliver the first EMC storage management product based on SMARTS technology resulting in 100% revenue growth in two years. Before that he served as the Vice President of Product Management for SMARTS, where he expanded the product portfolio from one product to 30 by working with the Advanced Solutions and Engineering groups to tap into new technology domains. During his earlier years at SMARTS, Jessy was responsible for the development of all Network and Operations Management products. Prior to SMARTS Jessy was at AVAYA, where he founded the Embedded Network Management team. Jessy holds a BS in Computer Science from the Technological Institute of Israel and is a recipient of the Israeli National Security Award.

Ian Dodd

Vice President, Strategy and Business Development

Over the course of his 20+ year career. Ian Dodd has held the roles of CTO, Chief Architect, Operations Director and Executive Program Manager supporting large global infrastructures. Prior to joining Integrien, Dodd ran Global Operations & Enterprise Automation for IBM supporting Kaiser Permanente from IBM's Global Delivery centers. Prior to this Dodd managed the transformation of the United Health Group Enterprise Command Center, engaging new technologies and processes to significantly reduce application outages and brownouts for UHG’s most critical businesses and applications. Dodd has founded and supported a number of companies in the UK, USA and China centering around Data Center Architecture, Enterprise Automation, Management and Content Delivery and is a recognized Chief Architect.

David Lavigna

Vice President, Sales Engineering

David LaVigna has over 20 years of experience in sales engineering and technology development. Prior to joining Integrien, David held senior leadership positions in both sales and technology at SaveDaily and Siderean. Previously, he implemented and maintained large enterprise systems while at Profit Concepts. David has also held critical positions with the U.S. National Security Agency and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, working with international leaders to design state-of-the-art satellites, information and communications systems. David holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, as well as two bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles.
