Fred van den Bosch
Fred van den Bosch brings to the company a wealth of experience in the enterprise software industry, including his current role as CEO of Evergrid, a company delivering Application Workload and Performance Management products, and a 13.5 year tenure at VERITAS Software. At VERITAS Fred played a key role in the success of the company in his positions as Executive Vice President of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer and board member, and was instrumental in crafting the company strategy and initiating new product initiatives through internal development as well as acquisition. After leaving VERITAS, in May of 2004, he was CEO of PANTA Systems, a manufacturer of data warehouse appliances, and earlier he served at the Data Systems Division of Philips in various capacities, including the management of their hardware and software engineering departments from 1984 until 1988, and as Director of Technology from 1988 until 1990. Fred also worked at the Stanford Research Institute as a member of a research team in the field of office automation during the early 70's.
Sunny Gupta
Sunny's career spans more than 16 years in enterprise software with roles including general management, strategic marketing, product management and business development. Sunny currently is the CEO of Apptio, Inc., an enterprise Software as a Service company focused on optimizing IT data centers. Prior to Apptio, he was EVP of Products at Opsware where he was responsible for all product business lines (Opsware was acquired by HP Software for over $1.6B). Before Opsware, Gupta was the co-founder and CEO of iConclude, where he pioneered the IT runbook automation market and drove it's acquisition to Opsware for $62M in less than 2 years of inception; Opsware process automation system is now one of the fastest growing product lines for HP's software automation suite. Before founding iConclude, he ran the Java/.NET performance management product group for Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP for over $4B); served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Performant (acquired by Mercury Interactive); and served as General Manager of Business Development at Rational Software (acquired by IBM for over $2B). Gupta also co-founded Vigor Technology before its acquisition by Rational and held product management and consulting roles at Easel Corporation and IBM.
Razmik Abnous
Razmik Abnous is the Chief Technical Officer of Documentum, a division of EMC (NYSE:EMC). Razmik is one of the original designers of the Documentum platform architecture. Prior to Documentum, he worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and Ashton-Tate on object-relational databases, artificial intelligence, image-processing systems and silicon compilers. Razmik is the co-author of two books: Intelligent Offices and Object Orientation both published by John Wiley.
Ashwin Rangan
Ashwin Rangan is the Founding Partner of The Insightful Group LLC, a Consulting firm focusing and specializing in high-end IT consulting to augment the office of the CIO. Prior to consulting, Ashwin served as the General Manager and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Wal-Mart global.com until 2006. Prior to this assignment, he served as CIO for walmart.com. Before that, he was senior vice president and CIO of Conexant Systems Inc. in Newport Beach, CA. Ashwin was a member of the founding team that spun-out Rockwell Semiconductor Systems (in January 1999) and created Conexant. And before joining Rockwell Semiconductor Systems in 1995, he served in various senior management positions at AST Computer in Irvine, CA, until AST was acquired by Samsung Electronics. Ashwin is a member of the governing body of both the NorCal and SoCal CIO Executive Summit and is a faculty member of the CIO Institutes at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
Barry Patmore
Barry Patmore's 35 years of consulting experience with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) will help guide Integrien's strategies to drive wider implementation of Integrien's solutions for optimizing complex IT infrastructures. Previously, Patmore's distinguished career included global managing partner of the business process competency practice at Accenture, where he helped improve business processes and implement large-scale IT systems for such leading companies as Capital Group, Disney, JPL, Mazda, Microsoft, US West, and Visa. He also led development of the Method/1 systems development methodology, and collaborated with Michael Hammer on Accenture's business process reengineering principles and methods. Patmore has since served as venture partner with Brentwood Venture Capital specializing in business-to-business enterprises and software companies. He was also the interim CIO at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, during which he directed the outsourcing of IT and continues to advise the hospital on IT strategy and major projects.
Berge Ayvazian
With 16 years at the Yankee Group, and 8 years of research and consulting experience at Kalba Bowen Associates, Berge has directed more than 100 consulting projects, forecasting product and service markets, assessing strategy, and analyzing investment opportunities in the telecommunications, wireless, computer, Internet, cable and broadcast TV industries. He served as the Yankee Group's chief executive officer and as the company's vice chairman of the board of directors. He also served as strategy director for the Reuters Research and Advisory unit, and served on the board of directors for TowerGroup, also a technology research firm.
