Prior to joining Integrien, Henning served as the manager of integrated identity management solutions at IBM, where he was responsible for directing all product management for IBM Tivoli's Security portfolio. Previously, he served as director of product management at Access360, where he evolved the company's user provisioning product to help it become recognized a market leader, leading to Access360's acquisition by IBM. In addition, Henning has held executive positions at netHESIVE, Inc., Sserdda, Inc., Blue Lobster Software, and Continuus Software Corporation. Henning holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
